365 Impact Awards

Who made the biggest impact in 2008?

On Monday evening February 23rd, 365 will honor those individuals, organizations and businesses that have made the biggest impact on our life here in the Tri States in 2008.

Please nominate your choice for the 2008 Impact Award on the form to the left. After completing the basic information, select the category that best fits that nominees role in the community (the Arts category has sub-categories and more details about each category listed further down in this page). Then hit submit to send your nomination. Please limit your nomination to 500 words and the 365 team will be in touch for further information.

 Award winners will receive two tickets the Impact Awards Show at the Mississippi Moon Bar.

Nominations will be taken on-line only at Dubuque365.com
All winners will be announced in the Feb 19^th Issue of 365ink
