Tastes of University Hill | Back in the day (ancient times when Mike Ironside went to Loras), there were four bars on what can best be dubbed University Hill – Whiskey River, The Avenue Top (known to everyone as “The Ave”), Gomer’s, and the bar then known as the Barrel Tap and, later, Schrobie’s.
